PSA Scoring Office Hour

Open office hour to answer specific questions about scoring the PSA.

Advancing Pretrial Policy and Research (APPR) is pleased to offer a virtual Office Hour on the Public Safety Assessment (PSA). The unstructured, drop-in session—available at no cost—will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 1 to 2 p.m. ET. APPR staff will answer specific questions about scoring the PSA. Advance registration is required. The deadline to register is Tuesday, February 1.

About the Office Hour

At times, jurisdictions have questions when scoring the nine PSA factors. Even with the assistance of the Guide to the PSA Factors and Outcomes, questions often arise.

The PSA Scoring Office Hour is for those seeking answers to specific questions about scoring the PSA. The session is relevant for staff scoring the PSA, pretrial coordinators and directors, and pretrial policymakers and stakeholders of all types who have questions regarding the nine PSA factors. The session is also useful for jurisdictions that have not yet implemented the PSA.

There is no space limitation for this session, but participants must register by Tuesday, February 1.
