After reading this guide, the team lead will be prepared to help members of their policy team understand the definitions of each of the nine PSA factors and the three PSA outcomes. The team lead will be able to facilitate their team’s discussion of the PSA factors; understand how to tailor the definitions for their jurisdiction; answer common questions about the factors; and modify the PSA Scoring Manual for their jurisdiction.
