The Pretrial Support Team profiled here is a community-led program operated by the Universalist Unitarian Congregation of Cleveland. This team provides meaningful supportive services to individuals navigating the pretrial process.
A Statewide Focus on Pretrial Data
Virginia’s unique interagency partnership between state and local agencies has generated data on the impact of pretrial policies. As other states look to replicate their efforts, stakeholders recommend starting small, assessing data systems first, and taking the time to clean and code the data.
